Amazing video. I loved the glider part. That being said, I'm a certified Glider Pilot. AMA!
Jack why do you get hard when you are up high…
I’m so much worse than you jack I can’t even get on a wall a small one very small
I used to be afraid of Heights but my brain was like we gonna get over this and made me have dreams like every day of me falling off of a high place then when I hit the ground I go to another high place rinse and repeat I’m no longer afraid of Heights thanks brain
11:40 i litterally cringed and looked away i cant
1:31 I got stung 22 times, in one session
5:19 listen to the next clip and the current one without looking :)
To Jack-Does it help with your anxiousness saying that alligators can run on land at like 40km? Ur welcome
Parasites make me want to throw myself off of a mountain
Im afraid of blood and heights i would faint of this height but when i see blood on yt its fine same with mountains
I am kinda afraid of heights but only when I can slip and fall to my death
13:16 aka; the build limit
i got stung by wasps like 12 times in 10 min
Answer to our problems just burn Australia..........wait I live in Australia.......change of thought deal with it
PLEASE STOP WITH THE SPIDERS!!! I have an extreme Aracnephodia.
Tried a backflip off a 3 meter board ... not such a fun landing
Jack wonder what it will be like being spiderman and on a skyscraper
Dude it's late go to bed
i have anxiety, why am i here...
I got an ad before this about struggling with anxiety wtf
"humans are not supposed to fly, that's why we don't have wings." -jacksepticeye 2021
I'm not afraid of heights I'm afraid of falling from heights
when the drone went down the tower in Moscow all because of the spinning
The one with the dude riding down a mountain then of a cliff with a parachute reminds me of link from breath of the wild
Nope nope nope nope nope nope not do just a swing ever
"i feel like we're going too high" Yeah, the build limit is 256 blocks
The slimy composition genotypically clear because birch biochemically hunt aboard a vacuous bat. foolish, sable specialist
I saw a picture earlier today of some blokes eating their lunch sitting of a girder 100s of feet above New York and that gave me many anxiety vibes. Big NOPE from me!
13:54 nah fam, the cameraman just turned on creative mode
4:25 they’re collecting bricks that were in the corpses of the other broken bricks or shit
Literally I also have a chronic fear of heights and literally my fear will make a height look about 2x as worse as it is
I am afraid of heights too I don't blame you I am afraid of heights too I don't blame you I don't mind me reader I hate hearts leave only watches
Same it's terrifying
because I'm 6'4 im terrified of hights
Don't know how this works but heights that are like 5ft off the ground get me very uneasy, meanwhile for some reason the height of plane in mid flight I'm completely fine with that-
Purely don't know how that's supposed to work-
lol can we have a moment of silence for Jack's attempt at painting his nails
its colder in the ground because heat rises up
5:40 he did one thing right shout but he did not run in a zig zag thats how you confuse the croc or alligator so you can escape thats a fact for you all
The only things I love about the clip at 3:42 (that rainbow sky swing) is that the railing is beautiful bright rainbow colors and that body of water directly under the swing's center with the light grey that's most likely concrete. Those look so pretty! Yet no, I couldn't do it even for the love of those two things. I'm positive I'd accidentally fly off one side or another as I was swung. I love the beauty tho!
The man who fed the bear some salmon is most likely from Russia. That's why it didn't rip him apart instantly.
2:05 if you feel that way never go on the NY subway to Hudson Yards, there's a 200 foot escalator that is very steep.
Imagine if jack played skydiving simulator LoL 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I live in Australia and I must say living with centipedes, millipedes and the big ass spiders is quite unsettling, the worst I've had is waking up to a centipede as big as the one in the video next to my pillow.
2:19 I get a feeling of my legs just dragging me off of the edge.
I'm scared of heights because I fell off a balcony and broke an arm sprained my ankle and busted my head open.
Oh god, the just a swing is the worst I've seen out of these so far! XD wonder what it's like though rofl
YES im not the only one that just don't want to do anything that could hurt myself badly 😂 people say im borring cuz i don't want to do anything dangerous
i went on i lil ride and saw a 3 meter long tiger snake im in australia
It's salt in the boat
Sean: Can we just start building *into* the Earth? Me: K-Kevin??
Sean, look up stuff from the Sears Tower in Chicago (aka the Willis Tower these days) The top floor has observation decks sticking out /w glass floors. And the basement tourist area has simulation images projected onto the floor. Both gave me a little vertigo and I usually have no problem with heights.
12:50 Manz out here looking like a rotisserie chicken on a rod at Sam's Club 🤣
Maybe I just haven’t fallen but I have no problem with heights
7:35 When you fly to the sky barrier in GTA V
i’m not really scared of heights. i love looking down and seeing every thing
What doesnt Jack have a fear of? :P
I live in Florida I hate gators they give me the biggest anxiety
I went to the Space Needle and literally went to the glass floor and went "oh wow I could die if this broke... Cool. "
12:57 “My dude turned into a Beyblade real fast!” Jack’s seen Beyblade? Awesome!
I went to a school camp when I was in year 5, and we went to a giant swing. Once I got on I was terrified af because of how high it was, and I thought I was gonna fall
What are his headphones
Best reaction of the video for me: Thinks he's done with the heights. "Alright, never mind, the stupid bastards are back."
I have never been more happy that Jack has covered any given topic as today. My qualifications are Transport Canada Glider Pilot, certified on Air Tow and Winch Launch. For the glider video, yes, such a situation happens, even semi-regularly in my experience. Albeit, I don't fly the high-performance gliders (looks like an ASK-21 to me) that he is flying, but the SGS 2-33 that I have flown actually has a slower stall speed (38 MPH), whereas his is a bit higher (about 42 knots, or 48 MPH). As a result, I would need 10 MPH less headwind to get a net 0 groundspeed as was shown. To answer your question, yes you could turn the flight any time you wish. His airspeed is quite low, so it would be as simple as increasing the airspeed to about 80 and pulling back what I believe is that blue handle, just left of the pilot's knee. Like I said, I'm unfamiliar with this exact plane, but it would make sense that that handle would operate the spoilers from my experience. The only reason he would want to stay up there, aside from the fact that most clubs charge more for glider launches, so long flights are cheaper per hour flown, is the clouds he mentioned. Nearly every single glider is only able to fly where you can clearly see the ground, or what we pilots call VFR, or Visual Flight Rules. Entering clouds in a glider is one of the most dangerous things a pilot can do. A quick go-over of the terminology used. The Airspeed, as shown bi the colorful first instrument he shows, is simply a measure of how fast the wind is moving over the airplane. Very useful. The "Vario," as he said, is shorthand for Variometer. For powered aircraft, a similar instrument is called the VSI, or Vertical Speed Indicator. As the name implies, it tells your your speed up and down. The variometer is simply a more sensitive and less laggy VSI (yes, aircraft instruments do suffer from lag, the VSI usually being the greatest amount at 3-5 seconds. The Vario usually is about 1). Also, some of them have noises to tell you your speed as you are looking elsewhere, not shown in the video. The headwind is self-explanatory. It is the speed at which the wind is blowing towards the airplane. When the headwind is about equal to the airspeed, the ground speed is zero. It's as simple as the two speeds cancel out. The next one that he points out is the Altimeter. It looks kind of like a clock and uses the atmospheric pressure to tell you how high your are above average sea level. I would gladly answer any other question you have about aviation. Like I said, Licensed Glider Pilot and currently in training for my Private Pilot License.
When you have nothing better to do than make yourself anxious. 🤣
All those buffalos are really cute
8:55 only in russia
I’m terrified of centipedes after one crawled onto my back
The fact that I have acrophobia makes this worse 😭
This reminds me of a guy that filmed himself hanging off of buildings. And he ended up filming his own death when he lost his grip.
Hey yo jack! You can be 12 to fly a glider. And I’m going to do duals with my CFI for my students pilots license. I need to be 16 but I can still rack up hours.
The one with the bear. True Alaskans don't give a f***!
11:32 never mind the stupid bastards are back
9:14 that's not a peter, that's a Fadeyka
4 legged cars with horns, that face though when sean thought wait cars have horns
I know the man himself isn't going to read this. But for those who care that you, Jack. My buddy smiles every time he sees my watching you. I'm sure of it. I still haven't stopped watching him Caleb. I love you bud
A week or two back there was a bridge over some water and I jumped off it twice but the third time a kid tried to push me so it kinda ruined the rest of the trip there Edit:I'm still afraid of hights but after that it's slightly less scary but yeah
BRO the ice caves!? Are terrifying. If the glacier decides it's a little too warm out you're fucking squished.
I’m not afraid of heights
Imagine walking down that ice cave and you see a giant creature with it's mouth open and the teeth are just sticking out of the wall
Little did we know, the guy used the fish as bait and the gator was the real catch lol
so what i’m hearing is that sean would do HORRIBLY in a domain of the Vast
13:08 yo are you talkin about a basement
I'm not afraid of heights I'm afraid of falling like I can stand on a cliff edge and not be scared but if someone pushes me and I fall of I would be scared but to simplify that I'm afraid of free falling
face your fears jack.
“You know your testicles just go WOOP” men: yeah Women: uhh yeah totally
2:14 me :D
“It’s so big he’s swallowing it” *ayo*
I don't understand how some people have a fear of heights. its hella cool being way up.
14:51 GOD DAMMIT MY WEAKNESS HAS AWAKENED I should know what type of centipede that is but there are so many that look similar. And no I'm not afraid of centipedes. They are actually pretty darn cool. If anyone knows for sure please let me know...
girls: bison are very cute boys: 11:10
I don’t know if this proves something, but… Im not scared of heights unless someone’s near me
I get pushed off and do five front flips and then flawlessly land in the water without a scratch
Im one of those oh cool people but i also wanted to be a pilot lmfao
I don't really fear heights, But I do have a weird tingly feeling in my feet like pins and needles when I'm high up on the edge of a cliff.
jack if a badger came in SNAP A STICKRIGHT NOW!!!
One of the cons of living underground is TERRIBLE service
